Nedjo ATVET is situated in Oromia Region, West Wollega Zone, Nedjo town. Founded in 1975 to provide short term training for model farmers and assist development agents. Nejo became an ATVET college in 2002.

Gender Vision

  1. Awareness creation to bring about behavioural change
  2. Income generation activities for needy female students through vocational training
  3. Providing minimum package for reproductive health service for female students in the college
  4. Ensure equal participation for males and females to benefit from community development, division of land, property, education and basic social services
  5. Carrying out research work on the means of lightening the workload for women
